How old do you have to be to take this product?
We recommend this product for adults and older teens. For anyone under the age of 18 please consult your provider before use.

Do I need to do a loading phase?
If you are a newer creatine user or haven’t taken creatine in a while you can do a loading phase to get quicker results. It is not absolutely necessary but it can be helpful.
Do you have any flavored Creatine?
Currently we only carry unflavored. We recommend adding it our one of our flavored products since it won’t affect the flavor and improve your results.
What’s the best way to take your creatine?
It depends on your goals:
If you are looking for more strength you probably want it before the workout with your Ambrosia Pre Workout Formula.
If you want better recovery you can add it to your Elite Standard Whey Protein or other protein/post-workout product.
The most important thing is to take it daily for best results.
Can you do more than one serving a day?
Yes, multiple servings daily are fine. The loading phase recommends 4-5 servings daily for the first two weeks and then drop to one serving daily for a maintenance phase.
Be sure to drink plenty of water if you do more than one serving daily for best results and to prevent dehydration effects.
